Extrusion, heating, leveling and material handling.

Problems & troubleshooting

Under-extrusion: locate the restriction before replacing parts

If extrusion becomes thin or stops, first check the material profile, temperature and speed. Bambu’s diagnostic guide then separates a feed-path restriction, extruder blockage and hotend clog so cleaning targets the affected part.

Applies to: A1 and A1 mini. Follow the A1 Series procedure and the matching disassembly guide.

Cable guide for the moving toolhead

PrintSureCA’s clip guides the X-axis cable as the toolhead moves. Check its installed clearance over the full travel before keeping it in service.

Add an enclosed AMS through the A1 Series hub

The dedicated hub adds assisted filament feeding for AMS, AMS 2 Pro or AMS HT. The installation also uses a printed bracket specific to the printer. This is a separate connection route from the original AMS lite.

Applies to: A1 / A1 mini firmware 01.07.00.00 or later, A1 Series AMS Hub and matching bracket. Up to four supported AMS units; AMS lite cannot be mixed with them on this series. Select the printed A1 mini bracket, not its sibling’s bracket.

How to read this guide

This guide presents the catalog’s sourced record for this exact model. Source dates belong to each reference; a page update does not mean every specification has been rechecked.

Prices are dated listing snapshots, with configuration, regional and sale conditions. They are not current offers. Unknown values remain unfilled.

Firmware, variants and available accessories can change. Read the original reference before making a purchase or planning a process.

Ownership research & coverage

Firmware, modifications and troubleshooting links are checked against the model and stated hardware or firmware revision. A creator’s compatibility claim is not a fit test by this site. Official troubleshooting describes a diagnostic route; individual reports do not establish a failure rate.

This review did not verify firmware customization or update guidance for this exact model. That is a research gap, not a claim that none exist.
