Polycarbonate with a conductive filler bringing surface resistance from above 10¹³ into the 10⁷–10⁹ ohm/sq dissipative band while holding Tg at 143 °C. The most expensive material in this group.
ESD PC addresses a specific conflict in electronics tooling: a fixture must hold its shape and survive handling, yet an ordinary insulating polymer can retain unwanted charge. A dissipative formulation provides a controlled electrical path while the PC matrix supplies useful mechanical and thermal performance. Stratasys explicitly lists tools, jigs, fixtures and assembly aids for PCB production and electronics manufacturing as applications for its PC-ESD material.
Its advantage is charge management in a mechanically durable locating part, rather than conductivity for carrying power. Electrical resistance depends on the formulation, printing process and environment, so the fixture needs a suitable grounding path and measured performance. Filled PC also has limited elongation, directional printed strength and moisture-sensitive processing; snap features and thin mounting arms need particular care.

Stratasys identifies PC-ESD tools, jigs, fixtures and assembly aids for electronics manufacturing, combining dissipative behavior with mechanical durability and a higher usable-temperature range. This is a published application class, not a named customer installation.
