Carbon-filled hard TPU at 70 Shore D for damping mounts and semi-rigid brackets. Extrudr flags it as the one FLEX grade that needs a hardened nozzle, and sells it direct in 0.5 and 2 kg coils; no reseller or second brand was found.
Carbon-filled TPU occupies a different role from carbon-filled rigid plastics: it is a firm elastomer for wheels, compliant mounts and parts that need to deform while retaining more shape than soft TPU. Extrudr FLEX Hard CF is rated on the Shore D scale and remains capable of substantial elongation. Extrudr has demonstrated printed longboard wheels with this specific formulation, showing that the material is used as a working elastomer rather than merely for a carbon-like appearance.
The filler does not make it a rigid structural nylon, nor does it automatically improve every elastomer property. Extrudr publishes the same abrasion loss for FLEX Hard CF and the unfilled FLEX Hard, while the filled version has lower elongation. Creep and dynamic behavior still depend on geometry, load and temperature; a hardness number cannot establish vibration isolation or wheel lifetime.
FDM · Extrudr FLEX Hard Carbon / FLEX Hard CF, hard carbon-filled TPU · Documented case
Extrudr reports designing and printing longboard wheels in FLEX Hard Carbon and having them tried by a professional longboarder. This is a manufacturer demonstration for that filament, not a general wheel rating for carbon-filled TPU.

Values describe representative grades, not every spool. Manufacturer datasheets and independent tests retain their source labels and dates. Printed orientation, test method, conditioning and formulation can change results. Unknown values are —. A listed use is not a certification. Shore A, Shore D and Rockwell hardness are separate scales.
